Participants face heat, strong winds, arid conditions and long-distance walking in the Gobi Desert. Over 108 km, they experience perseverance, mutual support and team commitment. The route combines physical challenge, environmental education and charitable fundraising, making every step a response to the Foundation’s long-term commitment to supporting young people.

80 participants completed the first charitable challenge together

Participants in the first event ranged from 13 to 75 years old and included people with and without disabilities. With respect, equality and safe support as its foundation, the Foundation enabled participants with different physical conditions and backgrounds to look after one another on the same route and carry the spirit of the event back to families, schools and communities.

After completing each day’s stage, the team recorded their shared experience with group photos and flags. These images show more than the number of people who completed the route; they preserve genuine charitable memories of mutual support and facing wind, sand and exhaustion together.

Turning a walking challenge into long-term youth support

The first event established a flagship model for fundraising and public participation, while helping more families, volunteers, companies and healthcare partners understand the emotional needs of young people. After the event, the Foundation continued directing resources to emotional education, awareness of help-seeking and community support networks.

The first event connected participants through team photos, route briefings and outdoor challenges, turning the walking experience into awareness of youth emotional wellbeing.
