This page applies to the support platform at bayareafoundation.org.hk/support and will be reviewed before official form submission and online payment launch.
This platform supports event information, registration interest, fundraising, donation payment and receipt follow-up for the Greater Bay Area Charity Foundation.
Until database, authentication and payment integration are enabled, registration and donation forms are previews only and do not submit live records.
Submitting registration information after official launch does not guarantee a place. The Foundation may review eligibility, capacity, payment status and event-safety requirements before confirmation.
For Gobi Charity Walk 2027, the planned period is mid to late June 2027 and the location is Huyang Gorge, based on the final 2026 route plan. Final route and safety details remain subject to the pre-departure notice.
Online payment is planned through Airwallex Hosted Payment Page. Donors will be redirected to the payment provider to complete payment.
This website does not store card numbers, card security codes or full payment-card details. The platform records donation intent, payment references, status updates and receipt workflow records.
Donation receipts, registration notices, payment-status emails and follow-up messages may be sent to the email address submitted by the participant or donor.
Receipt issue depends on the Foundation’s verification of payment and submitted receipt information.
Personal or team fundraising pages, public donor walls and leaderboards will only be opened after launch approval. Donors may request anonymous display where the option is available.
