Information we may collect
Registration may collect name, contact details, organisation, event preferences, emergency contact, dietary notes and health-related notes relevant to event safety.
Donation and receipt workflows may collect donor name, email, phone, donation amount, message, anonymity preference, receipt name, receipt email and receipt address.
How information is used
Information is used to process registration, review participant status, manage fundraising pages, process donations, issue receipts, send email notices and reconcile payment records.
Operational records may also be used for audit, finance, security, legal compliance and internal reporting.
Payment processing
Online payment is planned through Airwallex Hosted Payment Page. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted page, not on this website.
The platform may receive payment references, payment status updates and webhook event records from the payment provider for reconciliation and receipt handling.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers such as payment, email, hosting and professional advisers where needed to operate the platform or comply with obligations.
Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for event operation, receipts, finance, audit and legal purposes.
